Slate
Roofing slate is a natural product, made by Mother Nature over eons of time. We use only ASTM C 406 Grade S1 rated roofing slates with an expected service life in excess of 75 years. There are plenty of inferior slates on the market, but we use only the best. Mined from North American quarries and never imported.
PCI Tile specializes in hard surfaced roofing installations and repairs. Our owner and supervisors have decades of hand on experience in all phases of installation of natural slate. Whether it’s a new installation or repair, we believe in doing things right the first time.
Natural slate roofs aren’t for everyone. These roof systems can be one of the most expensive on the market today. But the look and wear ability of good quality slate is hard to beat.
